AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OPTIONS

Besides accepting monthly payments by check, Duckett & Laird offers automatic payment options for your convenience. You can have your Duckett & Laird's BUDGET PLAN monthly payments charged to your credit card. To estimate your payments, we look at your fuel delivery record from the previous year and project your total heating costs for the coming season. We divide that amount into 11 easy monthly installments, and you make just one payment each month. If your actual fuel costs are a little higher or lower than estimated, you’ll have the option of settling up at the end of the heating season or rolling the adjustment into the following year.  Please call us for more information.

GENERAL TERMS

All credit plans are subject to the approval of our Credit Department. Payments are due by the date indicated on your invoice or statement.  Please submit a credit application by clicking HERE.

Services and product deliveries may be suspended if your account becomes past due.

Parts and service expenses (other than a Service Plan) cannot be included in an equal payment plan. Payment for these expenses are due upon receipt of invoice.

REGULAR 30 DAY ACCOUNT

An invoice is mailed to you shortly after a charge is applied to your account. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
